The hepatitis B vaccine can effectively prevent hepatitis B and its complications, such as cirrhosis and liver cancer. After vaccination, the body will naturally produce antibodies against both types of hepatitis, providing long-term protection.

Suitable for:

• Individuals who have never received the hepatitis A and hepatitis B vaccines.
• Individuals who have not been infected with hepatitis B.
• Individuals who lack immunity to hepatitis A and hepatitis B and are at risk of infection.

Not suitable for:

• Individuals with chronic hepatitis B carrier status.
• Individuals who have previously experienced severe allergic reactions to any component of the hepatitis A vaccine or have had severe allergic reactions after receiving the vaccine should not receive the vaccine.

Precautions:

• The three doses are administered at months 0, 1, and 6.
• The injection site may experience mild pain, which usually subsides gradually within 1-2 days.
